Nothing much, but it is better than having a untrustable subdomain. So may I ask, why not get one to? It's cheap and yearly from services like namecheap. And cloudflare is free, and it doesn't have 403 errors constantly; you probably just setup your website badly

Good question, sadly freenom is down, so we have to revert to subdomains. In my opinon, you should try out DigiPlat, as they have support with cloudflare in my experince
